Job Description
The company is seeking a Data Scientist to work on complex business problems using statistical software and analytical modeling. This role requires experience in financial or banking sectors, plus proficiency in Python, Scala, R, SQL, and Pandas. The position offers full-time or contract to hire with an open salary.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with statistical software tools (SQL, R, Python)
- 3+ years experience in business analytics, forecasting, or business planning
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, R, SPSS, SAS and related packages
- Good data intuition/analysis skills
- Banking or financial sectors experience (preferred)
- Financial planning or forecasting experience (if applicable)
