Finance Executive (Prefer Mandarin Speaker)

The Finance Executive is responsible for updating bank transactions daily, assigning account codes, performing reconciliation, and managing financial records. They should also maintain accurate financial statements and utilize IT systems for data analysis. This role requires strong analytical and numerical skills and excellent teamwork abilities.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of QuickBook is an added advantage.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Sharp time management skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Professional qualification in ACCA/LCCI is considered a plus
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
