Job Description
This is a 6-month-plus contract position for a Front End Developer in Dallas, Texas. The role involves creating custom UI components and experimenting with modern front-end development technologies like React, Redux, and HTML/CSS. Experience with large datasets and high-performance systems is highly valued.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Understanding of Functional Programming Concepts
- Ability to visualize data UI interface and create custom UI components
- Knowledge and experience using a UI mock up tool such as Adobe Illustrator
- Experience architecting high performance multi-tier systems
- Experience writing code with extremely large datasets
- Proficiency with React, Redux (or similar state management framework), HTML, JS, CSS, ReactJS, Redux
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
