Job Description
The HR EXECUTIVE is responsible for HR-related concerns, including driver and performance management, communication with stakeholders, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves creating and maintaining communication with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and conducting performance reviews. A strong understanding of HR laws and compliance is essential.
Requirements
- College Graduate in any field (Human Resources-related course preferred).
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience as HR Generalist.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate compliance and labor laws.
- DOLE Compliance, OSH, Labor Law/ BWC, Government Benefits and Compliances
- Ability to work independently and relate to various levels of the organization.
