Job Description
We are hiring a Japanese Customer Support Executive for an office-based position in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The role involves handling customer queries in Japanese, providing solutions related to online shopping experiences, and ensuring high-quality communication. Rotation shifts may be involved.
Requirements
- JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
- Open to all nationalities
- Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome
