Job Description
This position involves handling incoming goods from raw materials and trading products, tracking delivery status against Purchase Orders, and ensuring supplier performance. Candidates are responsible for sourcing new suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and managing returns. The role requires strong communication and analysis skills and a proficiency with ERP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Purchasing or equivalent
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Purchasing
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Word
- ERP system knowledge
- Good analytical and communication skills.
