Job Description
A Senior Java Developer is needed to design, develop, and manage Kafka-based applications. The role involves setting up and maintaining the Kafka environment, handling high-performance software development, understanding system-level interactions, and implementing microservices. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required. Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in Kafka environment
- Hands-on software development experience
- Strong Java 7+ skills and Spring-based technologies
- Understanding of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services
- Knowledge of systems and infrastructure, including CPU-RAM interaction
- Experience with microservices design
- Application analysis and performance optimization
- Knowledge of RedHat Open Shift Platform
- Knowledge with Cloud technologies
- Understanding of Software standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
