Job Description
The Senior/Junior Network Engineer will establish and maintain the network infrastructure, configure devices, manage network services, and provide Level-2/3 support. This role involves proactive problem-solving, communication with stakeholders, and adherence to security policies. The position might lead network/security deployment projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in LAN, WAN, Enterprise Network & Wireless, Firewall, IPS
- Strong understanding of the OSI/TCP/IP model, MPLS, GPON, Network Security
- Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security experience
- Networking diagnostic and analytics tools experience
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- CCNP, CCIE or HCIE certification (advantageous)
- Experience with project-based work and 24x7 readiness
- Working with English, Mandarin & Bahasa
