Senior Manufacturing Manager ( Plastic)

The Senior Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily operations of the factory's production and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, maximizing quality, safety, and productivity. This role involves planning, running operations, resource allocation, and implementing strategies to optimize production, employee development, and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager
• Proven managerial experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation)
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, planning & scheduling, inventory and control of processes
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
