Job Description
The Software Analyst will develop custom queries, support payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, create internal software applications, and analyze system data. The role involves contributing to business process mapping and improving the efficiency of Application Support teams.
Requirements
- Develop custom queries using tools like Toad or MySQL Workbench.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and create data updates using MySQL and PHP.
- Assist in printing client payroll checks and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop custom internal software applications using PHP and MS Visual Studio.
- Analyze system data to build profiles and generate reports.
- Monitor and control systems with Control-M and analyze logs.
- Document resolutions and help team knowledge.
