Entrepreneur in Residence - Business

The Entrepreneur in Residence position at the University Innovation Center at TWU seeks a visionary entrepreneur to foster entrepreneurial thinking, mentor students and faculty, and support early-stage venture growth. This role involves teaching, managing a student pitch competition, and advocating for the center's initiatives. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for TWU's innovative ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, or executive in one or more startup ventures.
• Experience advising aspiring and first-time entrepreneurs.
• Demonstrated success in early-stage company growth, fundraising, and business model development.
• Passion for mentoring and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of entrepreneurial methodologies, including Lean Startup and customer discovery.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
