Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Tyco Fire Protection Products is recruiting a Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) to work at our Marinette, Wisconsin site. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and operating assigned areas of 1st shift production, managing EHS compliance, production quality, and personnel development, among other duties.

Requirements

• BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• 3+ years progressive experience in supervision
• Project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma and 5S
• Experience in manufacturing operations
