Requirements

• Lead roadway and highway design projects from concept through construction
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff
• Serve as a Project Manager and Contract Manager
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents
• Support staff in achieving QA/QC standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and local partners
• Participate in and/or lead project pursuits
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients and teaming partners
• Collaborate with the Roads + Highways Sector Manager and other transportation leaders
