Requirements

• P.E. License required
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering with a focus on bridge design preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in bridge design and project management, with significant local project experience
• Proven success delivering complex bridge projects and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of AASHTO and NYSDOT Highway Bridge design standards
• Established relationships with regional engineering clients and public agencies
• Strong technical judgment, stellar communication, and a collaborative mindset
