The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and bridge design, as well as a strong understanding of the regional bridge market and requirements for project delivery.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with emphasis in bridge design
• P.E. license
• A minimum of 15+ years of project management and bridge design experience
• Experience on projects with local clients such as PennDOT, SEPTA, NJTA, NJDOT, NJT, PANYNJ and NJTPA
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
• Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges
• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
• Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
