Senior UX Writer

TymeX, a tech and operations arm of TymeGroup, is seeking a skilled Senior UX Writer to join their growing design team. The role focuses on creating clear and consistent copy across multiple countries and markets, maintaining writing standards, and ensuring consistency. The company is expanding rapidly in APAC and offers a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• A passion for UX writing and content operations.
• 4+ years of experience writing for digital products.
• A background in UX/product writing, content design, or digital copywriting.
• A portfolio of work to back it up.
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with different teams across countries and time zones.
• Experience establishing and maintaining content standards, style guides, and documentation.
• Ability to present and defend UX writing decisions.
• Help to forge a style and voice for the brand.
• Ensure all product messaging is clear, accurate, useful, and true to the brand.
• Work cross-functionally with POs, designers, and BOs.
• Review data to understand customer behaviour and adapt messaging accordingly.
• Review all product messaging before it goes live.
• Develop and maintain content operations processes and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with the UX writer team to ensure consistency and localisation are considered.
• Be an ambassador for UX writing, playing a key role in helping this growing team reach its potential.
