Job Description
The Director of Human Resources Technology Operations is a strategic leader responsible for advancing the organization’s people data strategy and HR technology ecosystem. This role oversees HRIS operations, establishes and scales the HR shared services model, and leads People Resource analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR technology and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor to PR leadership on workforce trends, predictive insights, and technology innovations.
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and governance of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG).
- Design and implement a centralized HR shared services model, including defining service delivery standards, processes, and technology enablement.
- Lead predictive analytics initiatives for workforce planning, retention, and talent optimization.
- Establish standards for data quality, privacy, and ethical use of PR data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
