Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles
• 5+ years leading engineering teams of 30+ engineers
• Proven track record scaling engineering organizations
• Experience developing engineering managers and leaders
• Demonstrated success implementing engineering metrics, SLAs, and operational excellence practices
