Vice President, Information Technology & Transformation – U.S. AutoForce

The Vice President of IT & Transformation is a strategic and visionary technology leader responsible for shaping and executing the division's IT roadmap. This executive will be a visionary for digital transformation initiatives, modernize core systems, and drive innovation to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering business value through technology.
• 10+ years of distribution or manufacturing industry experience is required.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems implementation, and IT strategy development.
• Experience leading complex, major change initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management.
• Excellent Communication skills with an ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong financial acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to drive results.
