Senior Delivery Manager

UBDS is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-impact service transformation projects, focusing on automation and enterprise reporting through ServiceNow. This role involves managing delivery programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable outcomes across a major client estate. The position requires experience in IT service transformation within a regulated environment and a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.

Requirements

• End-to-end project delivery across complex service transformation programmes
• ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB) and automation implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
• Familiarity with API integrations, data security, and reporting frameworks
