Job Description
Ubiminds is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams, influence engineering culture and process, and contribute to delivering reliable software. The role requires strong people leadership, hands-on technical contribution, and experience in designing and building APIs at scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams
- Strong experience balancing people management and hands-on technical contribution
- Deep experience designing and building APIs at scale
- Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered or ML-enabled features/projects
- Strong understanding of planning and execution across medium- and long-term horizons
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: Ruby or Rust
