Ubisoft is a global gaming reference creating original gaming experiences. We're looking for an Esports Community Developer to strengthen the links between Rainbow Six Esports, professional players, and e-sport fans.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the competitive ecosystem of Rainbow Six Esports and the needs of professional players and e-sport fans.
• In-depth knowledge of community processes, including managing sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent editorial judgment and strong writing skills, capable of transforming complex esports and gaming-related topics into clear and structured content.
• Expertise in content creation processes and social media management tools.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and situations, and ability to effectively communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in constantly evolving environments, adapt quickly to new priorities, and demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility.
• Proven experience in managing e-sport communities, player relations, editorial content, communication, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to write and publish high-quality content, whether long articles, scripts, or structured updates.
• Strong interfunctional collaboration skills and proven experience in coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ease interacting with professional players and internal partners.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to manage multiple work axes with a keen sense of organization and rigorous follow-through.
