Requirements
- Define and implement a governance model to ensure ongoing maintenance and updates of the Career Framework
- Organize and lead governance forums to drive decisions on potential adjustments to the job catalog and associated grading structure
- Act as the main point of contact and Group referent for governance matters
- Coordinate and align with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the Career Framework meets organizational needs
- Drive coordination across multiple entities in an international context, ensuring both consistency and agility in execution
- Support and guide teams through change management and communication efforts
- Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback loops to assess adoption and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement
