Job Description
UC Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Surgical ICU at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The RN Supervisor will ensure high-quality patient care based on assessment, established standards, and policy, while guiding nursing staff and contributing to department performance improvement. This role supports the Medical Centers' surgical ICU operations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical experience as an RN
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital compliance (EMTALA, HIPAA, House Bill 316)
- Experience with cost containment and equipment management
