Director Finance (m/w/d)

As a Director of Finance, you will create structure, clarity, and trust at the core of ucm. You will be responsible for finance, governance, data architecture, and strategic management. You will create a stable foundation for sustainable growth with transparency, orientation, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in the finance sector
• Documented successes in audit, internal control systems (ICS), HGB statements, and legally secure financial management
• Fundamental expertise in forecasting, KPI design, BI systems, and building effective data governance structures
• Deep experience in M&A processes and post-merger integration, including ERP harmonization and synergy monitoring
• Distinctive systematic thinking, high self-responsibility, and ability to engage in strategic sparring at C-level
• Clear, empathetic communication and leadership competence for agile, interdisciplinary teams
• Strong interest in technological developments and productive use of AI in the finance context
• Sovereignty in handling complexity, change, and entrepreneurial key decisions
