You will be a Sales Team Leader at BER Airport, responsible for leading a passionate sales team and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working in a diverse and international environment with a focus on onboarding and coaching new employees.

Requirements

• Completed education as a retail salesperson, merchant, or comparable education
• Experiences in sales and training of new colleagues
• Careful and independent working method
• Visible joy in dealing with customers and colleagues and a natural service mentality
• Desire to lead a team and leadership experience
• Flexibility for a job in a shift system with willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Very good German and good English skills – German at least C1
