Job Description
The University of Monterrey is seeking a Logistics Manager for Gaming Lab to plan, coordinate, and ensure the correct implementation of Gaming Lab course offerings. The ideal candidate will have a BBA, Marketing, Communication Science, or related field, and advanced Excel and database skills. The role also requires the ability to manage administrative and financial processes and coordinate the offering of Gaming Lab UDEM programs.
Requirements
- Plan, design, and update the academic offerings of video game courses for children, in coordination with instructors and experts in the area.
- Manage administrative and financial processes for Gaming Lab, ensuring the creation of budgetary letters, administering budgets, making payments, and consolidating income.
- Coordinate the offering of Gaming Lab UDEM programs, executing the logistics to carry out each of the programs, ensuring resources and participant experience.
