Info Security Engineer

UFG is currently hiring for an Information Security Engineer who will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining technical security controls that protect UFG’s systems, data, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration, monitoring, and support of security technologies
• Collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams
• Regular review and analysis of security logs, system alerts, and network traffic
• Development, implementation, and refinement of incident response plans
• Risk analysis and investigation of security threats
• Phishing submissions and alerts review and analysis
• Risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation efforts
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Administration of critical security and operational tools
• Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting
• Design, development, and implementation of new security solutions
• Threat intelligence, threat analysis, and risk mitigation
• Policy development, metric management, and compliance
• Identity and Access Management
• Continuing education
