Security Director

UG Solutions is seeking experienced Security Directors to provide overall leadership, responsibility, and accountability for security operations. The Security Director is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of all security activities, ensuring personnel readiness, operational discipline, and the effective employment of equipment and resources in support of mission objectives.

Requirements

• Prior military service with senior non-commissioned or commissioned officer leadership experience
• Extensive experience leading personnel in high-risk, operational environments
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex security operations
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to enforce standards and maintain discipline
• Experience managing personnel readiness, equipment accountability, and operational reporting
