Job Description
Bowhead seeks a Human Resources Program Analyst to provide comprehensive support for complex, high-volume Army Civilian personnel operations within the CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD).
Requirements
- Support and execute the full lifecycle of Army Civilian personnel actions
- Prepare, submit, track, and troubleshoot personnel actions using Army HR systems
- Provide subject matter support for the Army Civilian Awards Program
- Coordinate frequently across organizational boundaries with HR Partners, senior leaders, supervisors, and employees
