Job Description
Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager to support the Military Community and Family Policy Outreach & Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) in Arlington, VA. The role involves leading Site Leads and supporting personnel, managing operational aspects, and mitigating risks, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
