Job Description
Bowhead is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support Geographic Service Providers (GSPs) with the Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) IT Support Services directorate in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on improving IT practices, providing reliable IT services to end-users, and implementing security solutions within a DOD environment.
Requirements
- Use ITSM and ITIL v4 frameworks
- Implement security solutions within a DOD environment
- Act as an on-site lead for contractors
- Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
