Job Description
We're looking for a Payroll Tax Support Specialist - Bilingual (French/English) to join our team at UKG. As a hybrid role, you'll work 3 days/week onsite at a Canada-based UKG office, processing payments and providing exceptional support to UKG customers using the Canada Payment Services product.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Financial Services Operations, or Support Operations
- Experience in payroll/payroll tax filing
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in using PC with MS Office applications especially Word and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field
