• Employ established methods and frameworks to lead engineering development or review/audit/assessment.
• Lead full training events in functional safety.
• Contribute to mentorship and development of junior-level engineering personnel.
• Lead business development activities.
• Lead client programs.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to clients.
• Perform verification reviews.
• Ensure coordination of complex laboratory activities.
• Communicate project status and results.
