Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join our Program Management team, responsible for championing the adoption and execution of Scrum practices and ensuring high-quality software solutions and exceptional support.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile, Project Management role
• Certification: Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM), PMP, CAPM are a plus
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Containers, CI/CD pipelines highly desirable
• Skills: Strong facilitation and conflict resolution abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams, Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting tools
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Security Awareness: Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., STIGs, FedRAMP) is an advantage
• DoD Security Clearance: Must be eligible; Current clearance is preferred
