Job Description
Join the team redefining defense technology at Ultra Intelligence & Communications. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will help develop the next generation of Satellite Communications antennas. The role involves providing mechanical design support for existing and new product developments, leading and improving ECR responses and process, and managing security of information.
Requirements
- Carry out engineering change requests on the GigaSat Satellite Communications Antenna range
- Lead and improve the ECR responses and process
- Provision of technical support to production and sales
- Design of satellite communications antennas sub systems and associated electronics housings
- Design of machined, sheet metal and carbon fibre composite parts
- Production of detail drawings and bills of materials of designs to Company standards
- Mechanical environmental testing (sometimes off-site) of finished antennas
- Manage security of information as defined in the Security manual
