Operations Manager

Manage production teams to ensure manufacturing of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality. Investigate and provide solutions to complex production problems. Liaison with functional managers to understand current and future product needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience
• Plus 3+ years people leader experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Background in Commercial B2B Sales preferred
• Strong background in planning, inventory, customer service, and logistics
• Proven ability to manage people, negotiate effectively, and drive results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
