UltraCare Liaison, Rare Disease Field Sales, Bone (Minnesota)

Ultragenyx is looking for an experienced UltraCare Liaison to represent the company in Rare Disease, with a focus on Bone. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales results. The role involves developing and nurturing effective business relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, and executing programs to educate HCPs about Ultragenyx approved products. The position is based in Minnesota and requires approximately 50-60% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8 years with 5+ years being in the healthcare/biotech industry, inclusive of 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
• Rare disease experience is preferred
• Experience launching biopharma/pharma products successfully is preferred
• Documented track record of field sales success
• Strategic business acumen and cross-functional and collaborative leadership with internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience effectively presenting clinical/scientific information
• Approximately 50 - 60% (dependent on geography) travel is required; overnight travel is required as needed
