Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. As a full-time team member, you will guide and empower students in their journey from education to employment, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. You will prepare students for the interview process, lead practice sessions, and facilitate video interviews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to deliver outstanding student service
- Skills – professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, rapport building, and drive
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role
