Receptionist / Office Clerk (12 month Contract)

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in office administration, business, or a related field of study
• 1-3 years of office and/or clerical experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience using childcare management software (asset)
• Polished oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
