Job Description
Patient Advocate responsible for strengthening our culture of service, assisting with developing strategies and education to equip leaders with skills and resources to exceed customer expectations. Acts as an advocate for patients and their families to facilitate improved communication efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Undergraduate degree in education, business, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of service excellence/customer service principles and practices
- Strong working knowledge of process improvement, customer relations, conflict resolution strategies, and project development
