UMS Skeldar söker en Team Lead för Aerostructure & Installations

UMS Skeldar is seeking a Team Lead for Aerostructure & Installations, responsible for planning and structuring the team's tasks to ensure delivery of the right task at the right time. The team includes 18 engineers who develop the hardware for the helicopter platform.

Requirements

• High school or university education as an engineer, preferably with a focus on mechanical design or similar
• A few years of experience working within one of the competence areas that the department possesses
• Experience in a similar role and/or interest in leadership, for example, having completed a Scrum Master course, a project management course, or similar
