VP, Agency Operations

UnitedMasters, Inc. is seeking a VP, Agency Operations to lead and scale the agency's operational efficiency and financial health. The role involves streamlining workflows, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring the agency delivers exceptional work on time and on budget. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in the office and one day remote.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management within a creative agency, advertising, or marketing environment
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of the strategy, creative and production processes across various media (digital, video, print, social)
