Job Description
Uni Systems is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join their UniQue team, aiming to turn digital visions into reality. The role involves building customer relationships, creating stakeholder maps, resolving complaints, contributing to digital project success, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The specialist will be involved in project initiation, process automation, and change management.
Requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Create stakeholder maps, adoption dashboards and reports.
- Resolve stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the success of digital projects.
- Identify the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Define use cases and propose solutions.
- Support the change management process.
- Analyze business processes and propose implementation.
