The Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant reviews and structures content, designs e-learning modules, creates interactive learning content, and ensures LMS compatibility. They also gather feedback and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Degree (Bachelor or higher) in social sciences, human resources management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience as Learning and Development Manager or relevant.
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in Assessment Development (Expert level).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Documentation & Reporting (Advanced level).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in E-Learning Module Design: (Expert level).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Interactive Content Creation (Expert level).
- Minimum 7 years experience in LMS Compatibility & Integration (Advanced level).
- Experience in developing e-learning content.
- In-depth knowledge of didactics and instructional design.
- English (Full Professional proficiency) is mandatory.
- French (Full Professional proficiency) is highly preferred.
- German is an asset.
