Job Description
Uni Systems is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join their UniQue Public Administration and Enterprise Projects team. The role involves developing Java-based solutions for customers in the public sector, providing excellent client service, and contributing to the team's ongoing development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in the IT field
- 4+ years in Java-based solutions (Java EE, Spring, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Java platform, object-oriented programming, and dependency injection
- Knowledge of ORM implementations (Hibernate, Eclipselink, etc.) and JPA interface
- Sound experience with scalable distributed applications (SOAP, RESTful web services)
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and software design
- Knowledge and experience with authentication & authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT)
- Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle, etc.)
- Solid experience with Java EE Application Servers (WebLogic, Wildfly)
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design & implement solutions with minimal supervision
- Passion for building software and continuous learning
- Ability to cooperate, team-play and maintain professionalism
