Job Description
UNIFI is seeking passionate, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to children with autism, aiming to help them achieve positive outcomes and build skills for future success. The team emphasizes collaborative care, staff development, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR certification
- Up to 50 lbs lifting ability
