Program Coordinator- Park and Recreation

The Unified Government Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and community-driven professional to lead the creation and delivery of engaging programs across community centers. This is a unique opportunity to shape meaningful experiences for youth, families and residents by developing high-quality activities, after school programs, and summer camps that make a real impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Childcare & Family Studies or other work-related fields
• Two years of related program experience
• Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team structure in a fast-paced environment
• Certified Parks and Recreation Professional preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
