Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician position available in a luxurious high-rise apartment community in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis. Competitive pay, commission share, and excellent benefits offered.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, property management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends or after-hours as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
