Job Description
Unified Residential Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain high standards of quality and comfort in their luxury apartment communities. The role involves responding to resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and diagnosing/repairing building systems. Collaboration with vendors is expected.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification for HVAC work (preferred)
